Trailbreakers Needed for Thursday Ride. Fordman and Graveler, please help.

I don't want to hear we might see you up there. I want to here "sounds good where do you want to meet at". You guys will have fun, if not riding at least taking pictures of all the broken xp's and bursted ego's.

I think they're still scared.

There definitely wasn't 40 inches new up around Gallagher today. 2'+ in a few areas. Be careful tomorrow. Some ugly avy conditions. We stayed off of most slopes today, especially the leeward sides. It warmed towards the end of the day. Things should setup a bit for Thursday.

Pretty funky conditions up there today. We worked hard just to break through one of our usual routes. Challenging snow conditions. It snowed hard until about noon, then the sun came out. Fantastic day, with plenty of fresh left for everyone on Thursday.

Some areas were super heavy. Breaking some of the trails downhill was a challenge with a 15 foot wave of super heavy snow out in front of you. Skis would get locked pointing straight forward; had to blip the throttle to get over the top of it, which wasn't always convenient..... Even in the lighter snow, the bow wake was impressive today.

WHAT A DAY!! Like Newtrout said...challenging conditions. SOunds like Snoqualmie got more snow than further east. DEEP...and HEAVY. If we stayed away from the sunny slopes, the snow dryer.

Pics to come. (sorry, we rode from 1-8...I'm whooped!!)
