track

Not really compared to my XP. The odd little thread pops out though. Just take a torch and melt 'em off if you want so they wont turn into ice balls when you are riding.

If its rubbing on the rear suspension mnts(remove bolts add 2 flat washers between bracket and suspension arm on each side to make more clearence)
a good tip from aksnowrider, i just did this and solved the problem.

Unless you mean fraying around the outer edges from the scratchers? that is common.

I have posted this before.... What worked for me was just grind or file the back inside edge of your drop brackets where the track goes up into the tunnel.

It's sharp there and when you sidehill the track shifts slightly and rubs there.

also know that the rear suspension brackets are amazingly flexible on the PRO...things can get pretty catiwampus when all loaded up and twisted but they seem to come back to straight after you get unstuck..

you can take a torch to those hairs and keep them from continuing to fray...I do that all of the time on tracks and it seems to control the problem...couple thousand miles on various ones I've seasoned and no problems so I don't think burning down the cords is hurting anything

Well then best guess would be scratchers or even ice chunks. It sounds wierd but its happened to me before.
