What's the best way to set your track tension if you don't have the tension tool? I have an 09 Ski Doo XP 163

push down on the middle of the track,,, 15 lbs should be just over 1 inch. Dont forget,,,, loose tracks are slow.

I use a 12 pound weight from scuba diving...set it in the middle

If you aren't a diver....get a bag and some lead shot

Loose tracks are slow? I thought the idea behind extroverts was so that you don't have to run the track as tight so you gain hp to the ground...

Make your track loose..... run it up on a stand to about 85 MPH + Watch how it snakes,,,,, SLOW.... any racer will have his track tight.. If you never go over about 65 MPH, loose is OK. True!
