Its all legal! If I beat your mark and follow your trail till the last second and than get stuck ABOVE your mark, Well, I guess I am better and higher up than you! BTW, I wont need to cheat with my new XP bad azz sled anyway. C-yah sukahs!

Well, if you follow someone's trail how does that make you a better rider when you can't even pick your own line?

I guess if your sled doesn't have enough power to put up the highmark, poaching is your only option.

Or you could run your own line and admit that a better rider and/or better sled beat you and walk away with some dignity. Your choice.

Is'nt it the American way to take someones idea and make it better? Is'nt it this philosphy that has brought the Dragon and the Nytro into existance? I applaud those brave enough to use someone else's ideas and hard work with a little twist or a little more and THEN call IT their own.

Himarking - like a contest to see who can climb highest on a hill you don't really have to get over to get anywhere? Your own track - no poaching..

I've got a seeder on the back of mine that drops pinecones in my trench, any of those new xp's that poach my track deserve what they get.

Acceptable in order to get to a different area. As far as highmarking, I would say it's ok as long as it's your track that you're poaching, of if you are unfortunate enough to be riding a phazer!

It just rolls of the tounge so nice. Track Poacher,,, Track Poacher..... Something we hollar quite often in my riding group. If you want to get razzed the rest of the trip follow me, otherwise break your own trail, not just himarking.

Poaching to get over a hill is legal, you cannot claim the highmark if you poach or get stuck. Anyone with beer is immune to all rules, otherwise they might not share.
