Track info ?

Burandt is in Argentina on the new track.
I would bet he has the 3in and 3.5in pitch tracks, comparing them.

GS6

I am sure he is doing some testing... From the talks I had with him he still preferred the 2.6 in most of his conditions.

I have a 3" axys with a torn track and need to replace. So looking at the 280, the 3" would fit right on without new drivers. But if the 3.5 pitch had advantage I would get new drivers.
Just looking for ideas on performance difference. At this point I know it would only be speculative as I doubt there would be any real world testing between the two.

I'm interested in buying your torn track. :)
Pm'd you

You are welcome to have it, just have to figure out how to get it to ya. It is still on the sled, was waiting to get a new one before I ripped it apart. I have to wrap up a few things maybe in a couple weeks I can get it apart and then we will get it to ya.

Untill u take two pretty much identical sleds and put a 3" pitch on one and a 3.5" pitch on the other and test side by side it's all speculation.

However you need to this test 3 times. 1 in the early season with zero base. Again mid winter with powder on a base. Then in the spring when the snow is set up. I personally only care about the first 2 tests but the last one might matter to some.
