Track doesn't want to turn!

I just put a 144" track on my MM 700. It had a 136" track on it before so I did a suspension set back and slightly dropped the suspension as well. I made sure that all of the mounting locations were at the exact distances as stock. When the track is off the ground, the track turns just fine. When I tried to load it onto my trailer, it smoked the belt and did not want to turn the track. Nothing is rubbing and everything free wheels fine without a load. Any ideas?

You didnt just service the secondary did ya?? Seen it before where the spring doesnt get wound enough...will run fine on the stand but as soon as there is load the belts drops and the primary burns her up.

i dont see how after spacing the rails further away, you could be hitting them, but did you install anti-radchit drivers as well? that would make sense.
you remembered to re-install the chain tesioner too?

All of the clearance was fine. What it came down to was I grabbed a really old worn out belt that was hard as a rock and didn't pay any attention to it because I was pre-occupied with everything else. New belt, runs like a champ.

Thanks
