Track clips missing

I have an 05Rx Mtn. stock 151 track. Dealer punched out the windows installed track clips and antiratchet drivers. Put 2 seasons on the track like this and now going over everything this week I notice 20-25 clips missing from the track.
What would cause them to come off? They are not in any order, just random around the track.
Is there any issues with not reinstalling the clips and just running as is?

The drivers are out of alignment or not timed correctly. I'd replace them once the cause is found.

So how do drivers go out of sync? Didnt have any problems the first 1000kms.
Dealer did the install... so what should I be looking for to make sure the drivers are right?
