TRA high elev. clutch kit.

I have a 2000 Summit 700 HM. sorta stock. going to have reeds and pipe and what not buy next season.

I am looking for a clutch kit. I climb and boondock and jump mostly, I Ride 6000'+ to -9000' mostly. Anyone know a good clutch sep up. I am totaly clueless when it comes to clutching. What do i need, ramps, clickers, shims? I want better acceleration and better shifting, any good secondary mods too?

Thanks

I rode the same sled for 7 yrs. Still have the sled just updated to a new XP.
Tried a few clutch setups. Mostly different primary spring and adding weight to pins. Never had much luck just seemed to finicky going that rought. Finally ended up with this to work the best for me. *Primary--Light weight cut clutch off MXZX, NEW Stock spring , 287 ramps-threaded pins, Clicker #3 from 7000'-9000'+ Hold 8100 rpm all day anywhere!!
*Secondary-- NEW stock spring, set in either B-5 or A-6 can't remember right now, 47 degree helix better backshifting.
V-force reeds ,1/4" reed spacers, Dyna-Port pipe is the only way to go! Just make sure it is for the yr2000. I had a MBRP can but I wish I had HPS can. Do a suspension set-back. 151 track using 144 rails or 159 track and stock rails. Better aproach angle. The stock track was not a very good track. Way too hard for powder. Remove the sway bar. The best improvement was the Diamond-S mesh hood! Loses a ton of weight and it really lets the motor breath.
PM me your email and I will send you some pics of the stuff I did. I still love the sled it is a blast to ride

PMed you. I also have the swaybar removed. looking at SLP D&R kit and dynoport pipe with vForceIII reeds and powder hound skis.

I also have a 2000. If it were me, I wouldn't bother with the D&R. Do a skid setback and get rid of the POS stock track(assuming that's still on it).

What does a track set back do? how far back and down? got any measurements?

Is the stock track really that bad? how much better will the sled do with a 2" challenger on it?
