Tonys Grove shootout 4/16

Looks like the unofficial Tonys Grove shootout is going to be on 4/16. Love to have anyone that wants to come show up. Some good racing and climbing! Calling out Freak! Where you at bro, is the T-Rex extinct :face-icon-small-hap? Hopefully the Diamond S boys make a show. I know the OVS crew will be there. At least a couple Impulse boys will be there. Should be a good time, hopefully weather cooperates.

i hope to make it, also hope the same fellas whom i hung with at fairview are in attendance...someone needs to bring paper plates and forks and take a correct head count next time:face-icon-small-dis

how about a pump gas race? and the rider needs to be 250lbs+ with 20lbs of beer in his pack, and a A/F guage that has not worked for most of the season, and be geared down like an 18 wheeler, and goggles with a gnarly scratch on the left side that wont allow him to focus for most of the day, and and and....

I am in. Gotta get the cat running so I can blow it up before year end. Anyone got a M1k wiring harness

That sounds like a good time, but theres no way I can compete in the shootout, but how about a hucking contest to go along with the festivities? ;)

You comming Jedediah? And don't give me this old man mentality "that's my land up there! Stay off my property you little bastages!":face-icon-small-hap

Well it is dammit!

Not sure. Heading to Havasu that next week and need to get the boat ready. I am going to try though.

I will also be up there for sure. I have never riddin tony's grove. Could I possibly ride back with a group?

I really don't know what time we'll show but if we're there when you are your welcome to follow us up. Cornice ridge is where the action is taking place and if you just follow the mass's you'll find it quite easy.

Well mother nature wasn't allowing any real racing until about 6pm. By that time it was a few of us Impulse guys, Obrien, OVS, Dustin, Kmod, Shain and Val. There was some informal racing since it was so late but no real shootout. Everyone was fast and I think the sleds that stayed would lay the hurt on most everything out there. Paul from Impulse pulled the silliest zig zag chute I have ever seen. Obrien had the pull of the day as he smiled at the crowd and forgot a tree was right in front of him... Great group of people all around
