Drove over togwotee yesterday and looked pretty thin out there. Weeds, rocks exposed. Saw several slides.

This is pushing the forecast model to it's extreme limits
So only MARGINAL confidence in this right now.

We rode Togwotee pass south of the HWY on Feb 22nd. We found the snow was pretty good close to the HWY. The further south and East we went it seemed like the snow got thinner. Is this year a below average or above average snow year for that area?
Or where should we have rode to?
