Togwotee Mountain Lodge - Let it snow!!

Hey Guys!

Dropping a line to check in and see how things are going.

Dosey - I spoke with our snow ops and there is as of yet no response to the question about our guide's sleds... but knowing our guides like I do, you could probably give them a unicycle and they could get you to the good stuff! :face-icon-small-hap

All else coming together as planned with more of the white stuff in the forecast!

Have a great day!

Duncan

Hey Dosey, as it was already explained, the Guides are getting new sleds as always! Open your eyes and read some of the old posts. Considering they sell all of the guide sleds in the spring, obviously they need to buy new ones to replace them. And no they are not going to stick the guides on M-6's cause most likely there would be no returning guides if that happened. SO take a pill and chill the F out! Ok? It makes me sick listening to you whine and whine about tog. Listen, if you dont like the place dont f'n go. Its plain and simple. Leave the good fresh powder to us locals. Have a great day. :D

I guess I'm slow. What does it matter what the guides ride I've been going to the same places at Tog since 1995 on 121, then 136, then 151, then 163, then back down to a 146. Put Carter on a bearcat and you'll still have fun, doesn't matter what the ride, but I'm pretty sure they get new sleds every year hence they sell them in the spring. I can remember Lance being on his 3 and 4 sled by spring some years.

Shut up and ride

and before I forget Togwotee sucks :)

We'll try to leave you a meadow or maybe two..... I hear Carter called Klim for a 4xxxx helmet, but they don't make them yet????? He's going to have to go with the old open face with the bubble sheild like they rent in West Yellowstone... RFLOL We'll be sure to get pic's for ya!

togwotee

have riden at tml since 1985. have known many guides over the years (chad, lance, carter and bob). they are all great and know how to push the limit of each rider. i too know many secret spots. a guide is always good for the safety of the group. carter is the one i would recommend for all experienced riders. he is a great person and guide and has seen the sport develop into the riding we do now. ever year climbing higher and opening more dangers. (hope to see you this year carter). tog 9 you seem very critical of the place you and your brother loved to ride for years. not many places are perfect for everyone but the memories of my bother (mike) and i riding up there with our dad will pull us back forever.

I believe Togger is having a little fun!!!!:p:D;)

tog9 knows the days before tml got more commercialized it was more laid back. alot more fun and you felt like part of the club(family). every year it seems a little worse. we just like to ride the sweet spots it offers. the memories are what helps us get through the summer. tml needs to turn back the time and look what old owners did to welcome return visitors. the helgasons were great peolpe.

Sarcasm is a form of humor that uses sharp, cutting remarks or language intended to mock, wound, or subject to contempt or ridicule, generally saying the opposite of what the statement really is

ie

Tog sucks :)

When Dave ran the place it was a cozy family place, "where everyone knew your name" But the ridding is 2nd to non so I look past the chitty service, new faces every year, and the food well it's not even the definition as I understand it. But I continue to go every year cause that's the place to be.

Tog sucks :)
