timing key and tuning BD turbo

my son bought a used bd turbo kit from a 2012 pro and installed it on his 2014 assult. a few differences mainly wiring connector types. It cam with a 3 deg timing key but we cannot find where it would install. Do they make them for the 2014's? also he cannot seem to get less than 8 psi boost, 11 psi if teh EBC is plugged in and set to 4 psi.

It plugs into the wiring harness bundle that is on the steering post. Boondockers can send you an email with a instructions. Your boost will only go as low as you have the waste gate set. Change the waste gate spring to a lower spring.

He recalibrated the EBC and now it will run at 8 lbs at our lowest elevation that we ride. That will be low enough for him. Will have a look on the steering colum. tnks
