I read through this and had to come back to post. Mountainhorse you say I could get a TS w/exits for under 2k$? I ordered a TS (STRAIGHT FROM TIMBERSLEDS SNO WEST ADVERTISEMENT)w/ The basic Fox and w/ the special order early price and it was still almost $2,500.... And the thing that really pisses me off is I've was billed I'n full, the only thing shipped to me so far has been the IceAge rails, and this was well over a month ago. When I called TS to ask a simple they Answered all my questions with a one word reply....not impressed so far.... Hopefully the product speaks for itself, if not I will be the first to post and let others know

To touch on a couple things

1) Im sure Amber switching to Kmod has alot too do with Budd Holt now working for Kmod and no longer with Timbersled....

2) The Timbersled product has a proven track record of being durable, functioning as advertised and it is backed with great customer service. And if you shop a little, you can buy the suspension for reduced prices.

basic floats..??? if ya have a doo..i saw only the options of fox evols on the site..??..which is a bit of a better shock..?? or am i not in the right skid for ya or in am i in left field...and i see delivary dates posted on the site for the doo's start Oct 30..anyway best of luck...im certain if ya set it up right you will be extremely happy..you won;t be the first to post anything though ..there is thousands of positive posts already on this company...safe and great sledding to ya..

I ordered the Timbersled Mtn. Tamer with a friend for his 2010 XP.

He paid $1950.00 for the suspension plus shipping. (he already had the drop brackets)
This was the rail kit/hardware and suspension kit with EXIT X-0 shocks.

You would have paid about $100 less for that setup and had free shipping.

The Float2/Float-EVOL package is $275 more.

If you paid too much... I'm sure you could call up Dave there and fix it.

Just for the record;
Budd left TS in the spring of 2010, and why, I don't know or care.
He has a full time job in Id Falls and helps me part time. He is honest, hard working and a man of his word. Anyone who has ever dealt with him knows that.
I am fortunate to have his help.

Paid

I knew this wasn't going to ship until the end of October , just didn't expect to be billed I'n full way back I'n September for something being shipped over a month later. Oh well , item for item I'm getting what I paid for. With the raptors and others I've read alot of sh@t talk on Fox , forgot the basic Exits were cheaper than the F2/FE that I upgradedto along w drops/ anti- stab... It adds up....got my shocks mixed up, ordered F2 for the front and with the F2/FEvol I'n the rear it WILL be MUCH better than stock. Have read ALOT of good things on Kmod and one might find it's home on my turbo build. Anyhow Sorry to post about my personal rantings on this guys thread. All of us getting new TS skids will be posting up when were on them for others to know good or bad.... And I really don't expect bad.....
