Thunderstruck 8 Ogden Premier

Great times we had!:beer; Good to see some good faces and put some faces to the some names on here. Wish i would of met more of you. Fun night for sure. Like always great show. X2 on the riding areas, not that i would climb that chit, but would like to be there when someone does. I'll be the help crew on the mountain, hey Steve (AKA SDiddy):eek:. Hope to see more of you all on the mountain. :beer;:beer;

please.. you won't even climb a little hill over at the sinks that kids tube down!

Good vid, good peeps... All in all good time!

I didn't get a shirt or any raffle prizes:mad:, but Sdiddy was not "fat" enough for the XL shirt he got so he gave it to me.:beer;

Maybe its just me, but I kind of got bored half way through... Not that it wasn't good riding or anything... just too much of the same.
To me it needs to have more diversity.

Most will probably disagree, but I tend to call it like I see it.
I'm actually glad I didn't purchase the new DVD.
Watching it once was plenty.

Always thought the same thing.
How many chutes can you pull...............????
Crazy stupid talent but does get a little monotonous.
Hate saying anything neg. about so much hard work but it boils down to what interest who I guess.:rolleyes:

I totally disagree! Great movie, great riders, and all around great talent!

P.S. Were you one of those loud mouth SOB’s that were sitting behind me? If so maybe next time shut the F#*& up and you will enjoy the movie; if not my apologies… :D:D:D

The only noise you would have possibly heard for me would have been a yawn, or maybe a snore just before I woke back up.
Great film... Just too easy loose interest.

this film needs more plugs of timbersled and Ms that run an Impulse setup....:eek::rolleyes::cool:

Side note - the dude on stage said Attitude and then corrected with "OVS" during the fuel box give away.....not to poke fun, but that was funnyer then watching Jim look like a gorilla on a snow scoot.....:o;):beer;

First off I am the guy that was on stage. The reason I said attitude was because I asked if anyone knew what I was holding and someone shouted out that it was an attitude box. I said attitude and then said no it is a pure logic box. No one in our movie even rides an Impulse turbo so I am not sure were you heard that? Sorry some of you thought it was boring but I guess that is the way it goes.

:beer;

I don't think it was one of Jim's best. And I personally would like to see the movie broken out by riding area versus by rider. Maybe have a little more of a theme or plot, not just a "rider showcase" film. These are just things I think will only improve on future films.

I understand. Thanks for the input. You are right comments are what make things better in the long run.

The crowd reaction tells the truth. First couple sessions all in ahw, cheers and claps. Then the silence there after, till the end. Great movie, but after a while i could hear people talking all around. Like some say, they must of lost interest. I got all the Thunder movies and would like to see something defferant added to the cahones climbs. just.02

It's starting to sound like the last thing this thread needs is another opinion, but why not, that's what snowest is all about. I like to climb big hills, I think everyone does to a certain degree, but not every snowmobiler out there lives, breathes and rides for just big gnarly hills and chutes. I admire you guys that have the balls to climb that stuff, and I have the utmost respect for you guys. I'm like my brother killerk, big hills are great, but I love cornice drops, big jumps, beautiful scenery and everything else that snowmobiling is all about. This was my first thunderstruck video, and I liked it, but I'm one that prefers more diversity. I would assume that the thunderstruck team is more into the hill climbing than some of the other video makers out there. To each his own though, thanks for the good time at the show, meeting new people and getting together with people I've already met. It was fun and I'll go next year.

The loud mouth that was sitting behind you singing along with the intro song was 1mex:eek:
