Thumb Warmer - Edge Chassis

Thumb warmer is out on my sled. Replacement 35.5 mm lever with heater is $60 from Polaris.

However there are some 38 mm levers with heaters on eBay for $15.

Seems to me 2.5mm won't make much of a difference.

Anybody have any suggestions?

HPE carries replacement thumb warmers you can just pull the old one off your lever and stick a new one on.

Problem with the 2.5mm is that you will be bottoming out the sliders before you hit the bars... don't know if 2.5mm is enough to cause problems like pulling the end off the cable or anything.
