Three arrested in WI for killing deer

I hope they throw the book at em.
I appriciate the article mentioning that the snowmobile comunity was outraged also.
We usually get left out.

Not only should they have the harshest legal penalty...

they should also be unable to ever register a snowmobile again.

That story made me ill. Glad they caught them!

There are some real Beauties out there! I hope like Hell they make examples of these A$$HOLES :mad:

There are real beauties everywhere, just looking to show how moronic that they really are. As I mentioned in another post. Wisconsin residents don't condone any behavior like this. The sled, hunting, and animal rights communities all came together on this, & the region has been buzzin' like a hornets nest since this crap has taken place. They all want heads to roll, and hopefully the DA & Judge will have a solid case for putting them away for a very long time.

Well it is good to know they are found and committed crimes against snowmobilers by stealing one.
The act of stealing the sled help separates them from the sled community.

What is Shining Wild Animals? .... Uh Spotlighting?

Hmm, love how their addresses are on that article.

I wonder how many death threats they'll receive.

# Robby Kuenzi, 23, E5548 North Shore Road, Weyauwega;
# Rory Kuenzi, 24, 410 Harlon Street, Weyauwega;
# Nicholas Hermes, 22, 215 W. Alfred Street, Weyauwega.

3.5 years + $10k fine... That's not bad.

yep, and hopefully it will show a previous pattern of behavior so the SOB won't get off with a slap on the wrist. and i hope they get sentenced to at least a year and day so they go to state "screw me in the rear " prison instead of county jail

why does the media have to throw in the make of the sled?? What relevance is it? Just like when someone gets shot, the media has to give a detailed description of the firearm.........the bummer is, deer were ran the hell over by some d bags on sleds.........does it really matter what sled it was??

I wonder if you could find out who the judge will be and then a couple thousand (or more) of us send letters or emails expressing our outrage and wishing for the maximum penalty to be envoked. To often guys like this get half of the max then only serve half of that. Some heads should roll on this one.
