the guy is a professional bike rider. This type of riding has been around for awhile. Trials used to be all about logs and rocks and natural obstacles. It has now invade the urban areas. the guy is a bad azz rider. But did you notice he was on multiple bikes in the film.

That was not 1 day of riding..... I imagine it is a compilation of weeks if not months.. In his interview he stated that it sometimes took him a whole day just to get one trick down...
