Thinking of ditching Barkbuster F.E.

I agree Allen stands behind his product 1000 percent, great guys to deal with no doubt, took care of me everytime I had a question.

^^Absolutely!!!!

For anyone that disagrees:
It's easy to see the bad apple......just look for the worm.

TS is the model many companies should shoot for with regards to customer service. If you aren't happy, please, go try to find a better business to work with.....and post it when you find it, we could all benefit! I wouldn't bet my next paycheck on your chances, though, and I'm unemployed!

Iron hides front end was installed wrong . He had the a arms repowder coated white over red and the powder coat shop must have had to put alot of powder on so they didn't turn out pink so when he reinstalled the bushing with out cleaning the powder coat out of the ends of the tubes they must have went in very hard so when he drove the shaft in it nocked the first bushing all the way to the other side of the arm so after ride it very hard for 78 miles with no bushing in one side of the arm it destroyed them. It was very easy to tell what had happened sorry your so pissed off but you can't make everybody happy. Dale at Timbersled products.

Just a couple MINOR details left out of his negative post.:eek::eek:
Par don't you think? At least we now know why he thought he was putting a round bushing in a square hole. :light::light::light:

Obviously, with his 11 posts and 9 of them being negative toward Timbersleds he's got other issues. Like Dale said "you can't please everyone."

Like I said T-Sled can kiss my gritts !!!!

you cant fit a round peg in a square hole ,
you cant put the a-arms on wrong or I cant see how to install wrong

the uppers are different from the bottoms

your signature lines says all we need to know about you...

TS is one of if not the best dealers for service in the industry!!!

Back on track....I didn't say the product or support (which I haven't used) aren't good. The sled came with the BB kit so I am just wanting opinions on other products. Just think there are better options to suit my riding style and performance needs.

As far as Ironhide's issues, I would say if the explanation of the problem from funjunky is right then the product was modified which caused the issue, not necessarily installed incorrectly. Problem remains the same, just a matter of how it is described.

There have to be other options that people have tried.......let's hear about them.

Seems like a lot of people call TS about service issues/concerns. Sounds like they provide the service, but why are there so many people that need to utilize it? Just an observation.

No calls at all for install of my BB kit...love it, works great...

lots of people make lots of calls needing to have someone hold their hands to go potty...

hard to draw facts from disgruntled/frustrated people...

lots of kits out there....get ahold of the mod-stock magazine, it has lots of suspension options in it...everything from this kit to titanium ones to some CF ones...

CF, not happening. It worked well in trailing arms but the forces were applied in a different manner.

I would like something that has been designed not just laid out to match the dimensions of the stockers minus a few pounds.

From the lack of response I think I will just have to wait for the tried and true zbroz.

Thanks
