Coined by Brandy (Coyotegirl) about us sled crazy fools in Utah in about 2004. Back in the old 4m days. It kind of stuck and was the name of our old private topic in the old site.
A lot of us Utah riders who have hung out on Snowest over the years were buddies, but became very close after the loss of our very close friend, Dave Johnson (Animal), in an avalanche in January 2005. Some of us were there, all of us were affected. Dave was a legend on the Snowest 4ms. I guess I'm realizing a lot of people have joined since the site has been updated and all information from the old site was lost. Otherwise I'd tell you to go find some of Animal's late night posts....CLASSICS!!! He's still missed and has changed a lot of people's lives.....many of us ride differently today as a result....definitely more aware!

if you let mike in kim does that mean i am let in too!? i am already having dreams of trips to the cabin this year, good times! now i just have to find a job down here and i can make lots of cabin trips this year, i am in town now for at least 3 days maybe more looking around if you guys want to go grab lunch or something.

Animal was the best! Still miss him like crazy! He'd be here cutting it up with the best of us! We will have a Mafia dinner soon, everyone invited as always, which was his way. Those who can make it, and didn't get to know Dave, will likely meet his fam...wife (Carolyn) and 3 beautiful daughters (Stacey, Janene and Michelle).

Also i hereby make a notion to ax WFO from the mafia. Nobody hears or sees him anymore and he claims to have a GF that no one has seen or met and its been like 4 months now... personally? i think hes gone loco and made her up...
Now whos up for a motorbike ride saturday morning? Safety Guy and myself are planning on a grueling 60+ mile ride down in Hobble creek nation. Bring extra fuel... a lot of it!!!

Yea, I really don't understand why it would be so hard to bring back the Private topics. Those were nice. Maybe if somebody started a thread in General and the mods realized everybody on here wanted them back, maybe they would do something about it. I'm sure it's worth a shot at least!
