Good read. I've been looking for data on the latest Arctic Ice survey. Not much out there. Something tells me, there's a lot of ice.
ive seen studdies and in my science class they talked about ocean currents and stuff
what i think this is all leading to is the temp is rising thus melting the artic glaciers. when this happen the cold fresh waters flow into the ocean. when this happens it disrupts the earths heating cycle and will make the temp colder. so history is kinda repeating itself global warming is bs its about to become GLOBAL COOLING

Just remember, the conveyor cycles your talking about take between 100 and 400 years to make any difference. The fresh water delusion of salt water, should slow the conveyor, but there hasn't been that much fresh water release yet. And, the second the conveyor shuts down, Britain would be an ice box. We've seen a .6 degree drop globally, in just one year. The only explanation, I can grasp, that would account for that quick of a change, is solar fluctuation.
Correctomundo... I find it interesting that the sun can power the earth and provide us with everything, yet it cannot be responsible for changes / perturbations in the weather.....

More like half-truths. That's why we take the time to explain the other side, right supplicate? I truly feel sorry for kids these days, the class room is increasingly being used to push a brand of science, and civil thought. And, how are they too know the difference? They did the same to us, in public school. It just wasn't environmentally related. Except the trash and burning rivers that made the Indian Cry. It was minority rights.

The enviro's were in heaven. The governments had cash and wanted to show their people they truly cared about the world and thier childerens future in it.
Then the world economy crashed.
The truth is starting to come out and people won't stand for their tax dollars being throw away in a time of financial crisis.
The liberals will push global warming/climate change as long as possible. The media will assist in this as long as they can, up to a point. When one news agency decides it can make major ratings by showing the american people the folly of man made climate change, the other media outlets will jump ship to get all the ratings they can. They will push it as long as they can so as to use it push their agenda.
The only question is, how long can they hold off the truth?
We started this conversation in 04 and I love it when we are proven right. Even if it does take 5 years.

I was reading the IEEE analysis of Obama's picks for energy and science and NOAA, they contend that he is a super environmentalist. Non-carbon producing renewable energy super god. We shall see.

Yha Supplicate, I understand what your saying. It gets old pointing out that Liberal / Politically mandated Science is not science. I was sitting here thinking about all the crap that they've came up with, that turned out to be complete crap. I actually, can't think of one thing that the greenie science people have stated, that actually turned out to be true. But, it doesn't stop them from coming up with something new every 10 years. It's all about money and power.

Wade, I am embarrassed for you. Do you realize how silly how sound when you say - the sun may be partially responsible for changes in our temperature??
The changes are so obviously the fault of our polluting 2 stroke snowmobiles. The sun has nothing to do with how warm it is here on earth.
Get your head out of the sand.
i am sure the 269 days without any solar flares/sun spots have nothing to do with the mysterious cooler temps???
