the missing part quiz

can someone tell me what this is and where the heck it goes?

I was cleaning out the oil in the belly pan and some other related stuff on my pro. when i went to load it up in the trailer i find this here mystery part under the sled. after an hour or so of looking around the sled i cant see where it goes. I dont see a bolt for it but that may have hit the trail long ago. Its about 1 inch x an 1 inch x 1 1/2 inches and maybe a 3/8 bolt

I have had my sled torn down to almost having the motor out and I can say its not a stock part off your sled. Maybe it just got kicked under your sled on accident?

I just hope that is the case, just seemed a awful coincidence that it appeared just then.

I really thought it was off the rear suspension/rails, but again cant find a place for it.

It makes me nervous that i'll make the first trip up and bang.....heres where that part goes

not to thread jack but Next Question.. When removing my oil linkage rod, this came loose and fell under the engine, i didnt see where it came from... ideas?

Its a dense piece of foam...

I guess that could be possible, but the sled does have 300 miles on it.

If you removed your fuel tank that piece goes on the right side of the sled on the bottom of the aluminum piece that holds down the front of the tank.

ya i looked at the sled and it goes right under the bottom of that aluminum piece that comes off the right side of the machine, just gotta glue er back on.
