I have one and they are literally bombproof, they are about 3300 new? so 1500 is not far off, mine is a 2003 and use it for crop scouting, change oil once in a while and they last forever, not high on power or suspension, small jumps are fine but no big air on one of these. can't go wrong with that one for farm work. look at the front forks to see if the oil seal is leaking that is the only thing I have done to mine, most common fix needed on that bike. seriously not a better bike out there for the money

Is it a electric start, no kicker? I was talking to the owner of 2006 CRF230 and he said it don't have a kicker. Just a electric start. How are you going to get it started if the battery is dead or just ride it downhill and get it start.
I might pick it up this week when it rains.
We got about at least a inch of rain Monday early morning.

you are right, brain fart for me, it is electric start only, I get 3years out of my battery and it sits in cold shed all winter, easy to bump start, only done it 3 times, trust me on this one electric start is the cats meow. easiest starting bike I have, just touch starter button and it is off and running. last battery was $50.00? do not remember got it from napa. battery will get weak and turn over slower and then put charger on it or replace it.

wanted! a tree bashed pro, pine needles and bark would be nice, seriously my cat is no good in the handling department. need something different if I am going to keep up with coyoteman.

Maybe he's done with snowest since he don't have a snowmobile anymore? Last time I talked to him through texting like a month ago to talk about Timber Ridge land that he want to become a member. I heard it cost you $600 a year to use the land for dirt bike, atv, utv, or small 4x4 pickup.

Found out I need to upgrade the steering on the boat. When you get up above 60 MPH it gets all loosy goosy.:face-icon-small-sho
