haha, so that was a teaser I put together at the beginning of the season to mess around with my buddy I ride with. I cannot tell you how many trees this guy plastered last year. Apparently he's on the same skill level as SH This tree I refer to in the video as 'sappy' will go down in history. How he didn't freaking die when he hit it is beyond me. He decided to try to punch through it as a last second decision on a very steep climb. The climb was so steep that his sled basically climbed this tree and went flying and my buddy went flying the other way. The diameter of the tree where it snapped ended up being about 7". After we found out he was ok we laughed and laughed our a's off. We ended up taking the broken portion of the tree home with us so we'd never forget... It stands in our back yards to this day - it's dead but we don't care. There's the story and here's the vid...
