The first ride in Washington...

I'm jealous, but glad I didn't go. Last ride last year and first ride this year. You rock. Makes for a shorter summer, doesn't it?

Yes sir, it does make for a shorter summer indeed:D June 12th - November 13th

Not sure if we were the last riders last spring or not, and I know we were not the first this fall, but I know we were DARN close:face-icon-small-hap On our drive up we saw about 5 rigs coming down the pavement without any snow on the sleds, pretty obvious they hadn't even unloaded.

Ya, had we known that the snow was that thin we would not have gone.... but we still got our first ride out of the way!

Sure glad I got that deck, the trip up was pretty icy and the truck didn't slide an inch with all that weight on my BFG's... sure a lot easier than dragging the 4-place up since its just the 2 of us for now:D

Got you beat by 508 ft. :face-icon-small-ton:face-icon-small-coo

Went to Hart's Pass, then up to the tower at Slate Peak. We probed in the meadow down below where we were playing after going to the peak and got a snow depth of 18" at approx. 6300 ft.

Went with i'llDooit (Jeff) and it was a pretty good 1st ride. Mostly switchback riding with a few off shoots. A few good meadows and a a couple decent hill climbs. Sled bucked my off hard, but saved it from rolling. I'm feeling the aches this morning!!

Decent first ride, as first rides go. But, it's way too far away to make it worth the trip. 4+ hrs :(

I sold the two place this year and am using a sled deck this year. Just got my new skins on Friday...Goodyear Dura-Trac Wranglers. I had mine studded because the Pro is so light, I needed the extra traction. Ha Ha Ha
Actually the road into Tampico can get to be a long icy stretch and I plan on going up there alot this year.
