Yes, Thank You!!

Now let's keep the 2 stroke fellas over in the "I blew another belt section". :)

Love my sled, but another toasted belt today. Only 2 very warm spring rides on this one. Not only 2 strokes having belt issues. Instead of complaining, I'd like to figure it out. Clutching works great, just gets way too hot. I don't think it's a problem with clutching, but too much heat build up from turbo. Anyone running Hi jacker 2.0 figure out how to keep clutches cool enough for belts to last? I'm running mds weights with 36/40 helix and whatever spring racinstation gave with it. Performance is awesome. Turns the 174 like a short track and a happy feeling like no 2stroke can provide. But man it gets hot.

Bump for this topic. I bought an 1100t but haven't had a chance to ride it more than a few miles. I had Steve from mds send me out some weights because I had great luck with them on my m8. Can anybody who's run m1100 with mds weights give there experiences. Belt life, setup, mods etc.. For this year I will have 38 inch arms, powder pros, vert steering, 2.5 ce. Really contemplating big chute to make up for the weight but not sure I need it as I have a 1.9 and havent ridden it in the steep yet. Hope I enjoy it! Summer is boring

I have the MDS weights in my m1100t. I love them. The only mod to the engine is a highflow muffler. It works very well with them.

I also have different skis, 38 stance, vert post, and now have added the camo 2.5 as well. I have a 1.9 as well sitting on the bench. I may go with a evo reflash rather instead as I feel like the reflash will be better as they can optimize more settings and they don't have to worry about the epa.

I think you will be happy with the MDS weights. On the trail it would occasionly bounce the rev limiter when starting out. Never did it in the powder.

Turbo how many miles on your sled? How many belts? Are you running stock secondary? Stock helix?
Thanks

About 500 miles. original Belt. It did have a thread pulled slightly when I put the MDS weights in. So I cut it off and put it back in the belt and it burned back in. I have the stock helix. Stock secondary. Part of me wants to try the team tied.

I am going to be building a full divorced downpipe and muffler for it this summer as well as a mush hood. The new downpipe will be 2.5 and Will have a 2.5 straight through muffler. Should be able to pick up a 5 more hp with that over the high flow muffler I am running now. And the hood should be roughly 10lbs lighter. Should make it more fun than it is already. I think my MDS weights are at like 85 or 86 grams right now so I should not have any issues with adding some more wieght to them or going to a different helix for the 20-30 more hp than I am running right now.
