well i think i can now say i have been ripped off..... get this .. they owed me $509.00 they did send me a money order for $40 f----ing bucks then i got a bill from fedex for $43 ...... i have never herd so much s--t out of one mans mouth. seems he has disapeared yet again ....... oh well live and learn they say.:eek:
 
You don't live with losing over $500 bucks to a crook. File a complaint and have theft charges filed against him. So many complaints on here it is disgusting, you guys can all work together on this and bring his azz down.

Why did you get a bill for $43 from Fedex? Was it for something you shipped back? Or did he ship you something and charge you COD for shipping?

Not that it matters, still a screwed up deal for you!!

x2. You guys need to band together and bring all of your documentation to the WI Attorney Generals office and file charges on this crook! I sure hope you guys saved your e-mails and PM's from this guy. Also it would not hurt to find old posts on this site plus all of the other sites where he ripped off people and print it out for your records.

no doubt. why haven't all the guys that have been screwed on here gotten together and called the WI Better Business or the AG?
 
Maybe he finally went down. Still, you have to contact his supplier of the product he riped you off on and file a complaint.

Hammer on the the products he is misrepresenting and he will be toast if he isnt already.

Yes, the website is closed down and it is not due to maintenance. It is to prevent anymore orders from coming in and preventing this situation from getting any deeper. This situation is completely ridiculous and am battling with our old processor as of yet. They continue to withdraw money from our account almost on a daily basis and this situation has gotten slightly worse because when people were paying, the processor would send funds to the bank and before we could even do anything with it, poof! its gone and on hold with the rest of the funds. Needless to say I have closed down that account preventing worse damage and as I have mentioned several times, we are STILL resolving issues. I have an attorney trying to go after these funds that they have on hold and continue to take and I have not added up all of the fees from them but it is ridiculous to say the least. Everything I have busted my *** of for the last year and months has pretty much been ruined by this whole situation and it is not due to me scamming people I can assure you of that. I love how you guys that have no experience with us get on here and bash me when you have no idea what this situation is like and I pray that you never have to deal with it because it sucks. If you do research on stuff like this, huge companies have lost their entire business due to getting scammed so if you want to call me a scam whatever. I have not intentionally scammed anyone and I have sent out MANY MANY refunds. Unfortunately there is just still some left that I have not had the means to take care of as of yet. Rest assured they will. I have also been VERY OPEN and HONEST about this situation as it is very serious to me and I have also explained it to everyone who was owed money or who still is. I have also offered to send several people refunds in multiple payments to show we are making good but no one is interested in that so that it is their choice.

If I was scamming people, why the the hell would I still get on here and even respond to this crap?

You don't see me getting on here bashing the people who I have sent product to and have yet to get paid on. I have even sold personal stuff that people have yet to pay me for so I can get more refunds sent out and yet, I am not bashing them. So give it up already.

And also, why did mountainlife get a $43 bill from fedex is a damn good question.

Absolutely am going to get these people paid back. I am just absolutely furious (probably more than anyone who is owed money to) because I have done everything I have been able to and it really pisses me off that all of these problems have been caused by something out of my control.

Little do any of you know that LITERALLY I have worked every day of the week since January of 08 whether it be a holiday or not, birthday or not whatever the case. I have had everyone in my family pissed because I am ADDICTED to working and I have put countless hours just as they people who have bought products from me. And then to have it all pretty much ripped apart by some guy and then for people to come on here and bash me for doing EVERYTHING I have been able to do just really gets under my skin. Like I have said before, I am so PERSISTANT, I will NEVER EVER back down to anything unless you physically remove me from the situation. Even though this situation is ridiculous etc...each of these remaining people are going to get there refund. They are owed it and I would rather show attempts of trying to right it by at least sending these people something to give them piece of mind that I am in fact resolving it. I have been way more open and honest about this situation than I probably should have but at least give me credit for being as honest and open about it.

There have been several times I told someone that a refund will go out within x time frame. Then this old processor comes along and takes the money before I can even transfer it to an account to send out refunds. What am I supposed to do about that? I have contacted so many people regarding this and there isn't anything I can do because in the merchant processing agreement I signed, it says they can hold these funds for this type of thing for up to 6 months. I understand they have to protect themselves but damn, this is crazy!
 
I've followed this all season and I dont believe any of it. You should be banned from advertising in the swap meet and those that have lost $ should get together a suit against you.

Maybe you'd have better luck hooking up with a business partner from Nigeria. :eek:
 
Maybe instead of "working" where you are, you should get a second job to pay people back?
 
Didn't shut down the site in at first because the processor kept telling us that by the "end of the week" it will be resolved. Well that turned into much longer than a week thats for sure. Enough is enough so it is shut down until I make sure these people are taken care of. Believe what you wanna believe, that is your opinion. If you don't that is fine but if it ever comes down to it, I have the proof to back up what I say and thats all that matters. Something has to be done on my part to make sure these remaining get sent out a little faster and I am working on that so to those that are still waiting, I have said it before and I will say it again, thank you for your understanding and patience on this matter.
 
I don't believe it either. You have a stupid excuse every time. And it's been going on for way too long. If you actually ran a respectable buisiness it wouldn't happen, and if it did you would fix the problem right away. You sir are an a$$hat

Well then I should be getting my $830.00 any day now then!!
Because I have been waiting since Nov. 21st when I canceled my order with you!! Sweet can't wait, I can use that money on my boat now!!:D
 
Team 2...i hope time will tell and it will be in your favour...i know crap happens...a taxidermist up here sent 50 grand worth of furs and taxidermy work to a customer in the U.S and the guy told Visa that the product was not up to expectations and the Taxidemy guy got his Visa account debited the whole 50 grand when the customer got both the 50 grand back and all the Product...??..i feel as well for all the customers affected...but if you guys were really crooks you would not still be on here slugging away..
 
I've never bought anything from him but..personally I believe Team2. That being said, had I bought something and not had the product delivered or been refunded I would have filed charges...and would drop them when a refund or product was received.

My 2 cents...nothing more.
 
I feel for them too and I hope that none of them are dependent on that money to survive another day and they have been very patient and I appreciate that as this whole situation has affected probably about 30 people. Luckily we have resolved most of them and some of the bigger ones if you remember, there people who were owed $700 here and $500 there and $200 there...as you can tell, they are no longer posting that they are waiting but like I have honestly admitted, there are still some that are waiting. I dont blame guys that do not believe or understand the situation. Hell if I was in there shoes, I would be so furious I would be posting crap every day...The reality is that I have been honest with everyone, I have contacted suppliers, explained to customers everyone we deal with knows whats going on and that is also why I took down the website to prevent more of this from happeneing until things are fully resolved. We are not a Klim dealer anymore because when all this was beginning to go down, I had over $10k worth of product left out of about $25k that was not yet paid for and there was no way I could pay it since we were not receiving ANY money for product that was going out. I explained the situation and that I simply needed to send it back to prevent more problems and I said straight out that I would give up my Klim dealer status soley for them to return the product as they do not accept returns from dealers. Exchanges yes but not returns. The whole reason there is no money right now to just send out these refunds is due to the fact that we were buying and drop shipping other orders with business savings since we were not receiving an actual penny for what was going out. That is the only reason why I could not just send out everyones refund. All of these people who were owed refunds, we never even seen one penny of it which is what some people do not understand I think.

how do you call a refund of 500 bucks 40 bucks? just doesn't make sense.
 
Sorry guys I will not bash away but there is more to this story if you remember the old forum they said this same kind of deal happend to them then and also those dang phones have been down now for what 3 years??? This has not been a one time deal.

Also I talk to the suppliers and there is more than just this issue heck I know of some products that you could buy on the site for a long time that the suppliers would not even sell Team anymore.
