Team TSS-04 clutch noise

Got a team clutch (tss-04) for an 08 xp summit 800, the clutch is great cooler temps, longer belt life, way better shifting characteristics, feels like more power to the ground, but the clutch seems noisy to me. Any one else have this same issue with the noise, does a Delrin washer help?

Define noisy. 3 delrin washers are a good investment. 1 under the spring cup, 1 in the spring cup under the spring and one on the top of the spring. If the noise that you are hearing is a bang after using reverse then that is normal.
