Tampico first ride!

We went up Friday. Good enough to log break in miles and work the bugs out of a couple sleds. Good thing we have weather arriving this week because we've used up that snow! The month forecast for December looks positive.
Some unloaded at the bottom, I drove to Whites Ridge, some drove to Tree Phones. It was just fine from Whites on up. Looking forward to having enough snow to put up a berm somewhere so the wheelers can't continue to tear it all up. However, I do prefer that when it does get bermed, not to do it too low like last year. I don't mind sharing the lower roads when the snow is questionable, it's the upper roads (beyond Tree Phones ) that get tore up by the wheelers.

I unloaded at Tree Phones... next time up I'll probably unload at Whites Ridge... It's getting better!

Went up 8 a.m. Sat. morning unloaded at the snow park with 4 plus inches on the ground and was immediately checked for a Discover pass!
It snowed all day and is on it's way towards a good base
There is a lot of snow up high, but caution would be a good friend until the base sets up.
All in all it was a good ride, let's hope that the rain isn't to heavy this week...
I may have to head up there. I know you guys have the goods up there after this week for sure. rain rain go away

I am very sad to report that the current temp is a 104 deg, raining steam and all of the snow has melted......
94fordguy went up sunday, it was a stuck fest.

Wow,
Way better then roosting your buddy with pine needles because of lacking snow coverage. Also hard to believe he got that new pro stuck. I'm just saying that I didn't know that was even possible

where is this riding area i have heard of it but never been ?
It was an awesome stuck fest!!!
With that being the case he will have to refer to the sled as a she. But only when stuck
If I head that way this weekend I would like to meet up with you guys if it doesn't make too big of a group

Gonna give it a go Thursday. This weather isn't helping the cause though. First time back on a sled in 7 yrs. Should be interesting
