Well should have bj motor installed latter in the week and plan to have on the snow by the weekend.. Hope it works as well as yours.. Your running stock Aerocharger fuel settings?

Purchased a t3 with a impuse turbo kit this last week and had it out in south fork colarado last week... Sled ran very very well, and I would say better than the stock motor areochargers.. So hope bj motor stands out

Sure would be nice if aero would get the auto temp and elevation fuel adjustment... Sure liked that feature at 12000 feet when the aero kits were adjusting

860 set up

I havent been around an impulse kit but I can assure you that the 860 boosted will stomp a stock bore aero turbo...it builds boost much lower in the rpm range so consequently pulls much harder in the bottom and mid.

You do need more fuel....but its nothing the aerocommander cant supply. green, yellow, and red all off(quick flash), green-blue 2.5, yellow-blue 6, and red blue 3. I was running without an a/f as the probe decided to quit working after 2 years so i was likely a little rich.

I agree. Closed loop would be nice. It doesnt bother me as I am pretty used to the fuel controller but I could see it being a pain for people who dont have that level of comfort.

Also, figure 2 to 2.5 lbs less boost for clutching compared to stock bore.
