Sway bar question

I've seen a few posts about removing the sway bar on these sleds. Where do you cut the bar to remove it? Does the bar slide out or do you have to remove other parts to get it out?

sway bar

Don't cut it, you may not like it without the bar especially in hard cornering.

To remove, just drill out the pop revets (3) that hold the bushings in the bulk head. Do both sides and it will be easier to get out. You will also need to take the trailing arm loose to get the end of the bar out of the slider in the arm.

^^X2. You will need to unbolt one trailing arm at the radius rods, and then the sway bar will come out. No sense cutting it, it saves you maybe 5 minutes but makes the removal non-reversible. I personally love not having it, but I know others that are the other way.
