Super charger or turbo????

How is this one going to be compared to like the NW turboworks turbo, it puts out 8 to 10 pounds of boost giving around 190 horse. It should work if a person doesnt really want a terrible amount of boost.

After 2 or 3 rides, you'll find yourself wanting "a terrible amount of boost".

Ya and if you go out there with 8 or 10 pounds of boost you probably won't survive the crap from the XtraP guys while they kick your $%# on a bunny hill

Love my S/C. after a whole winter of tuning and problems. I still think that there is more.

Been talking to Dave at P/L. and it is heading out there for some tuning and dyno time.

I think he has the answer with the RB3. As for MPI don't even waste your time calling them for service.

I was lucky, mine was already set up when I bought it...dialed in by Allen at Timbersled, and Tom Hartman at Hartman Enterprises.

I've called MPI a couple of times and they are not much help when it comes to knowing how to get their own product tuned.

I'm anxiously awaiting Powderlites progress with the RB3 box for the S/C.

I have also dealt with MPI before on some yamaha mountain max stuff, I wont even think about dealing with them again.
