Maybe it's your delivery??!! :D
Maybe... but I thought Washington was the Thick Skin Forum??

I'm sensing a theme...common denominator??!! :eek: :D :beer;

Me too. It appears someone is easily offended on the 4th of July.

Back to our regular scheduled programming...:lips::lips::lips:

Promise? lol

yep, we had hot sunny weather on Saturday and you all missed some intense racing! The east coast boys brought their best game and we walked away from them both heats...unfortunately our driver jumped the start by 1/10th of a second so we didn't get to take the divisional title home. At least we got in their heads...they can no longer claim to be undefeated!
Racing in Polson Montana this weekend.

Who would be interested in a "toy storage" program? would any of you be interested in a storage facility for your toys ran by us that could include basic maintenance, pre season services or summerizations etc as part of the storage fee. I've always been curious how many people don't have the room to store all of their toys at home( I know I don't) and are already paying for storage somewhere or piling everything under a tarp outside to corrode and mold all summer. I'm thinking you sign up for a year at a time, rotate your summer and winter toys in and out through the year-call ahead and we'll uncover and give it a quick once over-make sure you've got spare belt/plugs etc and load you up when you arrive.drop it off when you are done and we summer/winterize it and put it to bed until you need it again.
any interest or feedback?

This is really a great idea on so many levels but it's all about location in my opinion.

Location..........I agreed with you for a minute, then it hit me. I drive 2 hrs round trip to the closest place and up to 5 hours round trip to do a day-trip each weekend durring the winter. Then in summer, close to the same. With all that driving, I think I could manage a trip to anywhere within ..... say a 4 hour rount trip, twice a year.

I like it Curt, and I won't have to trip over, deal with off season toys. Sign me up!

Hmmmm, maybe we offer a pickup/delivery service within reason? I'm not so much thinking about guys storing sleds/atv's in between trips(although its do-able) but more off season storage for people trying to cram sleds/quads and maybe a small boat or pwc all at home when there really isn't room.We could alleviate the off season storage hassle and take care of servicing/repairs all at one location. What other perks or services would make this appealing?

That makes sense and is a great idea. I was thinking about the drop and run every week deal.

What kind of fee are we talking about?? Ive got two sleds that could be stored in the summer and a RZR that could be stored in the winter.

Let me know...:face-icon-small-coo

An awfully open ended question there! lol :beer; <-- hehe

I think it's a great idea!! Many drive (1/2 hour minimum probably??) to their dealers to get their sleds summerized/ winterized, drop the sleds off, then go back and get them. This would be pretty much the same, just months apart!

We have more than enough storage... or else I'm sure we'd utilize it!

Glad to hear you had sun and good runs at the races! Good luck in Poulsen!

Ydeh how much and what sizes are we talking? I would love to store the sled in summer and swap it for the boat ( with fixed tower ) in winter but it's gotta be worth it.

We were thinking sleds/quads/pwc/utv's and small boats-I think a fixed tower -ski type boat is out of our range for now...I'm hoping for more feedback and ideas before we start talking $$$! What else might you all expect from a facility like this? I wouldn't want to get into running a 24 hr accessible free for all storage facility-just something possibly more convenient for current and future customers.

you could use my garage:D It would be cool to drop your stuff off and have it serviced and stored over the off season. security would sure need to be 1st rate and I wonder about the cost to insure several million dollars woth of toys? I know mine caps at 2 mill for vehicles in side the shop for theft and fire and extra for flood.

Insurance is a big one, we are looking into it already. I think if we keep the access limited it helps, thats why I don't want to get into a 24hr all access set up.
MAC, if we are going to send everyone to AK, those storage fees are sure going to be high!
Brent, you get that already!
