Good to hear Dave. I know some guys from over here has or will be in contact with you for some parts, and I'm sure as soon as we race all those sleds out there, and beaten them, we'll have lots of powderlites sleds running over here too.

What can you get out of the 3 cylinder Vector motor? I have a Vector with a Boondockers GT25 kit shimmed up, word around the campfire is that you have something that runs a little stronger and more efficient, any info?
 
Vector Turbo

Yes we make good power out of our vector kit and have changed them for more power then the old kits.
14 lbs boost it pulls hard enough to scare most apex's in a drag race.
Cam timing, Header, Intercooler, Jetting, Double down pipe etc all make a well balanced package that is really good on fuel and fun to ride.
Boondocker header, intercooler, outlet pipe, and if you don't have cam timing, etc done right make a slug out of a Vector.
What size jets?
Does your intercooler have stacks?
Cam timing on Vector is 98 degree lobe centers stock! we jump the sprockets a tooth and grind a little to get 112-114 lobe centers.
 
I need to call Scott at Diamond S because he built the sled, as for cam timing I highly doubt it has any at all, sled was built 2 years ago, Vector motor only has 300ish miles on it. Im guessing any 4 stroke shop can do this cam job?

I have been tooooooooo busy this last month to pull this thing apart to even see what all it has in it, so im not sure on jets or if my intercooler has stacks.

Id like to run 12-14lbs on pump fuel and be in the 240hp range, sled is light enough to compensate on running lower boost.

I sappose im willing to do whatever I need to to make it run the best I can. Im guessing you wouldnt happen to know anyone looking for a Boondocker kit or if you would take that in on trade would you? :o

If I can make what I have work to my standards then I will do that, but if I can just buy a few parts from you to swap the kit and still run the GT25 then id like to do that. Any help there or am I stuck with what I got or spend the $6k? Thanks for the info
