well, you didn't specify if it has to be a sled, but here you go, my next project

07 XRS 151 that I have started work on for this summer.
Sold my 09 XP 154x to build this thing.


The only thing for sure is that it will have a SHR 860 kit. Everything else I am trying to figure out what to do.

Sled is in about 50 pieces right now.

Short list:
SHR 860 kit removed counterweight and ring gear
SHR QRS secondary w/ shockwave kit
154 Xp track or 150 x 2.5 3.0 pitch
XP drop brackets for clearence or Schmitty's
Avid drivers
9" wheel kit
Mod tunnel for better snowmobility
Boss seat
XP handlebars
SLT skiis


After I get that all worked out I will work on my RZR.

dont mess with the kill switch project.....it will save tons of wieght and it's worth 6 to 8 HP and 8 to 10 HP mid-range.

1997 XLT RMK 600

141x2 Camoplast Challenger w/ 8 tooth drivers to replace stock 133 x1.5 (I got the track for cheap in pretty good shape)

136" Xtra-10 rails to replace stock 133's (easier to get extensions if I decide to go longer than 141 down the road)

new handle bars and/or new grips (stock ones SUCK!) w/ RSI riser and pivot adapter

SLP or Legend Performance heads if I can find right comp. ratio

I am going to be dropping an rx-1 motor in my RT chassis doo and running headshimmed on pump gas, should be a ripper. if it goes in and works out relatively easy shell be getting a 162x2.5 or maybe a 3incher if i save my pennies!

update thread with pics will begin in 2 weeks when i start to tear into it. hopefully I will have the thing running around without boost at first before may is over then i can start to plumb in the rest of it and force that air in there real good like!

probably just a face lift on mine... full arcticfx rap tunnel and all..... new shocks all the way around and either a timebersled or z-bros front end. may do something for a little more power too... havent quite decided on that

Did you buy that off craigslist....I saw one on there that was all tore down with a blown motor up in plymouth.

Replacing my Sever Ultra 800 triple with a Price Rotax 1100 triple and a set of custom pipes by NPP. Should be a nice upgrade. Higgins.

nothing big at this point yet. untill I get some cash.

but probably a can, inside idlers, no snows, and whatever i think of by may or untill next season.

I just got a real clean '08 XP 163 that is already torn apart...will get a little spit shine, some race stickers and maybe some added power over the summer.
