I have sent 3 diffrent guys, parts 2 guys have not paid and the third wrote me a bad check---wtf.

whats the best way to do this so I dont go for the ride. Most of the stuff I did not realy care about the thing that gets me is I was so stupid as to pay for freight.

none of these guys are from the northwest----flatlanders

Sorry to here about your troubles, but I guess for furture sales I would wait for the money to clear or better yet is set up a PayPal account? Just a thought.........

If i'm selling parts or what not I wait until I recieve payment and it clears the bank before I ship the item. Make this clear beforehand and no one has ever had a problem with it.

As far as what you can do, contact the local police departments where the parts where sent, a quick visit from them might go a long ways.

They should be called out.

I have seen this on a few other forums.
In those cases moderators started a thread within the "gear swap" forum and made it a "sticky", where people can post problems with buyers/sellers to warn others.
