stock primary spring and pin weights, what are they? 09 summit x 800R 146"

I am just wondering what the stock spring and pin weights are are in my 09 summit. Also are all primary springs the same if they are the same forces? What i mean is i read on DJ's forum that to run his mountain clutch kit at low elevation you need a 200/320 primary spring and 23g weights. I have the stock stuff still from my 05 renegade which is a 200/320 primary. Will that work on my 09? I have to go and get the pins weighed cuz i have no idea what those are. but this stuff should work..........right?

Stock 09 spring in a Summit is 200/320. Pins are hollow with one set screw in there for about 13.5g (stock) I think the most you can make them (loaded right up) is around 18g. The stock ramp is a 441....you will never need that much pin weight with that ramp. If Joey recommended 23g, I'm guessing he's thinking you have an 08 with 413 ramps.....or you're low-elevation flat-land riding.....in which case you'll need Dalton pins to get that much weight. Joey also tends to like a 350lbs finish spring. I would get over to his website and post the question again....include all pertinent details. Joe knows his stuff.
