Just to clear the air. The girls found the reservation made by pal Stingray (aka: Bill Mohr) He did make a res. on 9-9-11 and canceled it on 10-26-11. Our policy is when a res. is made 50% down is required with rest due on checkin. We also send a confirmation to client to confirm rate and dates we charged. When we receive confirmation back and not until is client locked into the cabin. This is done so there is no confusion on dates and also gives up the additional documentation we need to get paid from credit card co. if client does not show.
We have to have the additional documentation or we don't get paid. Scenario, if a client books 1 cabin or all of them and we don't have additonal doc. and they don't show we cannot get paid and lose out on renting the cabins for that time. Believe me it has happened and we have lost money because of it. So, we require the additional doc. Pretty simple really if someone is really intent on staying here.
After seeing the sheet we make notes on and sending 6 requests for confirmation (glad I keep this stuff) I actually remember talking to this guy myself after he chewed Chandra's *** and trying to yell at me, about having to send anything additional. I informed him if he was uncomfortable with our policies I would refund his deposit, which I did on 10-26-11.
Bottom line is he is a ****ing bald face liar about TML. Not sure what he has against us as I have never met the guy. Cory, be careful as I am sure sooner or later he will get pissed at you to and post crap about Next Level also.
Just pisses me off people can go on a public forum and post **** without any repercussions on them but makes a business look bad. As for the having to move sleds I can find no one here that knows anything about it and I think it is bogus also. Rant over, if anyone has any idea how we can improve service I am open to all comments.
