I've done a few runs of these over the past few years and they have worked out great as a replacement for the cheap a$$ plastic gears TS seems so intent on using which incidentally are conveyor belt gears and the bearings are not rated for outdoor use. We've destroyed too many of those plastic gears to count so I had a bunch of these steel versions milled as well the bearings have been upgraded. There is a setup charge at the machine shop which makes it basically just as cheap to make 7 as it does 2. As a result I have 5 extra gears up for sale. Price is going to be $59 USD shipped which by the time the gear is purchased then machined, the bearings replaced then shipped doesn't leave a lot of meat on the bone. They will work in the chain case as well and we've had the plastic gears blow up in there before.
