I have yet to buy a sled from them but they have done all of my warranty work.

When my crank snapped they had it fixed as soon as they got the crank from BRP.

When my piston broke they had my sled fixed by the next weekend. All of this was on my extended warranty and I never had any issues with them. Their service manager, Travis King is super knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Their parts guy is awesome also. He has been more than happy to mail them to me and save me from having to drive into Steamboat. When I need a part, they always have it in stock.

This last time, I had a broken spark plug cable and they sent it to me, even though his wife was in labor he broke away long enough to UPS it to me. Then after a little research we found that wire was covered under warranty so they refunded my card ASAP.

I have never had any issues with them and will go back whenever I need something.

I second this,Travis is a great guy and they always go above & beyond for me & my buddies who come from out of town 3 weeks in the winter if we have issues they try and get em fixed and going in a day or two,since we're up there for a week at a time.Hats off to this dealer and Travis gotta love the old "Action" guys...Travis has been around for awhile...
