Starting to get annoyed with this sled

None of us like to have a downed sled, but it's part of the game. Polaris isn't making a sled to be safe and reliable like a Honda Accord. They are making the highest performance, lightest weight, "most flickable" machine they can. There is a cost to that. It's having the ability to maintain you sled even though you have a warranty. The more you learn and know the better off you are in the back country when you have issues.

For sure, I 100% agree. like I said I just get worked up pretty fast. Just got a call from the dealer. They said sled is done, apparently my plugs were loose again....WTF... I don't get it. and that my TPS was out of spec, kinda figured that might be one. I don't get the plug thing tho.. I'm not new to this at all, and I've never had something have the plugs come loose so often.
Ok checked my manual again and it says Torque spark plugs to 20-24 ft. lbs. I'm pretty sure I had to be right around there. I guess I'll start using the torque wrench. Is there anything else that can make them come loose?

Back in the day plugs were a one and done the crush washer was a one shot deal
I don't know if that still holds true but with all the problems?

Ok so this is what they put down for my TPS stuff.

When I went to back it out of the truck after I got home, it did the same not wanting to start and not wanting to idle again, But it started when I held the throttle open and idled after about 10-15 seconds of giving it a little gas.

take some time and check your fuel source that sure sounds like deto to me. I was agreeing with our Alaska friend until he yipped at the digital wrench , it does a good job.

I would think if it was water the other 3 sleds would have had issues too, since we all filled up at the same place and time.

As for the detonation, dealer said there was no codes. I asked if they looked inside the cylinders for damage, they said they did and saw nothing.
I also asked how they set the TPS, they said they do it with both at the same time. With the digital wrench and a multimeter and compare. Seems to start a lot easier now, as in like half a pull. So I guess we'll see.

I'm gonna go ride in about an hour. I'll leave the stock pipe on for this ride and see how it does. After this ride if it runs good I'll put my MBRP back on and go from there.

wellllp this ride went awesome. No bogging whatsoever. it was a little finicky starting once in awhile, just needed to give it a little gas and it was good to go. If thats all I gotta live with from here on, I'll be ok with that. I would also say it felt stronger on the mid-high range.
Next ride will be with my MBRP on, fingers crossed that it doesnt bog with the can.
