Headleaver, you are correct, we went up Pole Creek, up Washington Lake and out 4 th of July. 10 hour ride, around a 70 mile loop. The first pic to the right and way down is Phyllis lake, if google earth is right and I think that peak is Washington Peak. That is some wild country.
We had a GREAT time.
Killer B's= 5B plates, right? LOL
They are usually too slow or too arrogant. HAHA
That is a great part of this time of year in the Salmon River area. Most of the locals shift their focus to Steelhead Fishing. It is also far enough from Boise, Pocatello, Idaho Falls, or any other major population areas, that it cuts down on "Killer B's" (no offense, Mike). Wish I could have been out there with you.
Hey Scott, that's the reason why I spend the extra money and put those Elk license plates on my truck LOL!!!
And your right, most of them are BOTH!!
