Went out for a ride yesterday...expected just a road ride but ended up find 3 1/2 to 4 ft up high and made it into the pass. Was able to play abit without tearn our units up!!
any pics?
hate it when my unit get torn up playin'!!

Well we made it home at 3:00 AM. (I think) Just starting to sober up. I wont mention anything about the 509er throwing up in the cab on the way home. lol
That looks pretty dang good...even better now that I have a runnin sled Polished the tunnel today, shined up pretty good. Got a few rough spots on it but overall it looks pretty nice.

I used a roto-zip, same as the die grinder but I liked the small sheetrock bit better. Another thing you might consider is having someone run a shop vac on the back side while you cut to get all the plastic shavings that WILL go everywhere. Good luck. EW
Also, if your rivets didn't come with backing washers, they are a good idea.
