Looking at trucks. What do you guys prefer long or short bed?

Long bed for me. After building my flatbed, I'll never have a standard box again.

You could get one of the new super short bed boxes, I think you could put a kid's tricycle in one of those with the tailget up

Night.

have fun and stay warm everyone camping. If it gets to cold I bet Ragged and Sawyer will cuddle. No way Rags would turn down that sweater if it was cold and wet out.

Tom ~ I too have been looking. A sled deck fits in the shortbed, lumber fits in the short bed with the tailgate up or down. One bike, gate up, two bikes gate down. The looks of a lifted truck, short bed all the way. Turning around on our mountain roads, short bed. I guess you know my opinion. They have a black one that is already outfitted with some accessories for a pretty good deal.

WTF? Our green dots are back again. I'm so confused, I might have to watch Revolution again just to calm down.

They only have fully loaded with additional accessories that they have put on at Dave Smith and they want 53K for it. The kid got financed for my truck, but didn't like the loan rate they gave him, so he's trying a different bank right now and will know by Monday/Tuesday.

Is that a 2010? What type of accessories...should come with a lift for that price. Seems a little steep with the current market conditions.

That's with a 2" leveling kit, aftermarket 20" tires and wheels, billet grille, push bar, bed liner, all in all about 8K worth of accessories. That is an 09 they haven't gotten any 2010's yet. The problem with them doing the accessories is they don't have the same taste I do. That's why I'm looking at a base modle LT and building from there.

Cool, snowest finally listened and gave us our green back :D

X...looks like you're up a game now, M's lost last night. Guess I better find out how to ship some Fireweed your way.

ANybody have bad experiences with Dell? So I order a laptop on Sept 15th and choose 2 day shipping so I can use it at the premiere. After they take my money they tell me it won't ship for 2 weeks. Then as the ship date gets close they push it back...twice. Finally they send me an email saying if I don't give them permission to keep going with the order they will cancel it (per FTC rules). Emails states if they don't hear from me within 24 hours it's automatically cancelled. So at this point, i'm done with them and jump on eBay. Find a better laptop for less and buy it. Then 48 hours after Dells email they send me a notice saying it has been shipped. Great so now i have two laptops. LOL, anyone in the market for one

Oh and their phone support is a joke. Just a bunch of puppets from India, but everybody already knew that.

I had the same problem Tom. Had it ordered long before I headed to school, and they managed to get it to my place about 2 weeks into the year. I think this will be the last microsoft computer that I will buy though, I'd rather have a Mac. Even though the guys that run it are greenies, I like not having to install a crap load of anti-virus wear to keep it running.
