Cant seem to get the nut off the lower a arm. Ball joint im assuming and it just spins when turning nut. Side above a arm has a rubber boot over the bolt/ball joint (not sure which if either) and i cant seem to grab it with anything to keep it from spinning. Anything helps thanks guys!

Do anything you can to force the shank down into the spindle so it holds it while you spin the nut. An impact gun might help to spin the nut loose from the shank.

cutting torch should do the trick

The weight of the sled should be enough to bind the tapered end into the spindle. The hard part is getting the spindle off haha. I sacrificed an old nut to strike to free the spindle.

This is usually the case 95% of the time, but once in a while you find one that gets a little loose for some reason and turns into more of a fight just to get the nut off like the situation the OP is in.

On my 16 style front end, when locking or loosening, I balanced the sled on the one ski (I also have the wyo/kmod steering mod) and that was enough pressure to lock it tight and to loosen it later on.

I used a big screwdriver to wedge between the 2 and that worked
