Speedwerx clutching on a boost, and elevation change, should i have to make adjustments?

Ok, 2 threads in 2 days, need some info. Sled is a 23 khaos boost, rpm ti can w/quiet core, speedwerx clutching, and a recently added an aftermarket p22 "fix" part for the clutch stem.

At home 900', i run the speedwerx clutching as the sent it for my elevation, sled runs pretty strong for what it is, no real problems. Talk to speedwerx about clutching changes for the riding area im currently in (8-10k general), and was told that i should have to make no changes due to the automatic adjustments in boost levels/fueling. Makes sense to me. Now for whatever reason im just not having a sled that runs good imo. Rpm is not shooting straight to 8500 where it should be, its actually doing this weird ramping thing to 7800ish for a moment, then going the rest of the way to like 8100-8200, i notice it occasionally hitting 8400 on stabbing throttle moments. I am hitting full boost or just off of fully filling the bar, no codes or anything along those lines, but am getting a slight fuel pump whine at idle. My other thing is, i did that clutch fix part, its not the CS part, but a carbon steel one( i like the material better for what it is), I am going to swap it back out tomorrow morning to see if it changes things at all, but does that even seem like a potential issue?

So this comes down to things, should i have to adjust clutching for changes in elevation? I do have a 50 degree helix position vs the 52 its currently in, or making adjustments in the weights?
