How can one get a hold of the folks at Specialty Sleds? Supposedly they have a vent kit for the XP, but I get blocked everytime I go to their website, www.specialtysleds.com. Does anyone have a phone number?

It automatically asks for a username and password. Doesn't give the option to create one. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere if they don't want to be contacted.
Specialty has a HUGE mark-up on most things (my past experience)....ordering from manufacturer (even if its south of the border) is cheaper and still pretty fast.

has a pretty decent kit also for the price. it is not listed on their website and they emailed me pricing and pics. They have a 6 piece kit for $330.
It is a one piece to cover the whole upper/middle side that every one else is doing in two pieces. a piece to do the lower side piece and a piece to ge where your knees are.

I just looked at the specialty again and they look the same as the r&m kit.
r&m is 330 for side kit
130 for front kit
460 for complete kit
specialty is $470 for side kit
190 for front kit
530 for complete kit.
just look at the specialty site for pics of the r&m kit. they look exactly the same.

If you live in Canada don't be fooled by US direct cheaper.Add UPS brokerage fees plus time to receive and prices are very similar.Ken at Specialty is a great guy and carries many hard to find products at fair prices that can be had overnight.What if you buy in U.S. and have warranty issue,will the vendor pay your return shipping?

Amen buddy. Mr Specialty is the KING of BS. If guys did their homework on aftermarket prices elsewhere eg.( The guy building the parts) they would be shocked at how much Mr. BS sells them for. Albertacat must own shares in the company

Never a good feeling when you think you are being ripped off.
I have dealt with Ken @ Specialty Sleds on many occasions and they have always been awesome. Same day shipping and NEXT DAY delivery via Grey Hound. You can always shop around...but if you must have it...and they"ve got it...well then pay the man....and get on with it!!
