we will be at irwin much sooner than that. however i think i am either in boise or wyoming that weekendLooks like you guys had fun Phatty...... Good see we are all finally getting some snow.... So you guys gonna be riding Irwin this year.... We are having our Forum ride down there over Pres day, you guys should join... Its always a blast...

Is that Gardner with a ski-doo?! did he jump ships? And thats funny how there is a belt ready for action around the risers. Is that saddle peak in the background? inbetween crested butte/Irwin and hotchkiss/Crawford? Thats got to be either gunnison, san juan, or C-Butte area.

gardiner destroyed his throttle on his m8 at bountiful, parts should be here tomorrow and back on the snow by this weekend. We have a xp that we split between us for when our stuff breaks. Between my handlebars and dans throttle the xp has seen action every weekend.
rich, you read all about my xp blowing belts... had to have 2 back ups just in case. LOL

I just read the posts that refered to Dan Gardiner. Was a big fan of his in some of the earlier Slednecks films. Where has he been the last few years? Do you know if he's in other videos now?

Yep Dan started his own film company Dan Gardiner films llc and is producing the Boondocker films.

The turbo is just ridiculous! i will look at something with the mind set that my 07 ski doo would not climb that... like 50 degree slopes out of a drainage for 200 feet in waist deep snow, and then just turn and climb out the thing. In fact we were filming some of this with a helmet cam. Dan was on the XP following me up these drainages and i would turn and climb it. He would follow but in the footage you just see my sled pulling away faster and higher and then he has to turn out and sidehill across it...
then you have to realize the kind of instance throttle you need to plow through creek beds up hill in 3 feet of fresh, the on and off, cornering and starting. the turbo just eats that stuff up... i love the sled and cant wait for thursday to get here so i can ride it again!!!
