So, who moved Easter?

This is how Easter is figured. Easter is always the first sunday after the first full moon after the spring equinox. Yesterday was the first full day of spring. Tonight will be the first full moon after the first day of spring. Therefor this Sunday being the first Sunady after those 2 events it is Easter.

A SIMPLER VERSION.......
Easter is always the 1st Sunday after Good Friday.

:D

Happy Easter everyone!:beer;

They "moved" it? I thought it was still on Sunday. Seriously one year I had an employee (college degree and all) ask me when Thanksgiving was and I told him when it was "the 23rd" and he said "no what day if the week?" I really tried to keep a straight face but it was impossible.

okay, december 25th is christmas....the day that jesus was born. we know that day by heart. it doesn't matter what day of the week that it is, it's always going to be december 25th.

now if jesus did what they are saying he did (rose from the dead, and walked the earth again), don't you think that they (the christians and catholics) at the time would of marked that day on their calanders? therefore making easter the same all of the time.

no instead they decided to base it off of a pagen holiday (hence all the bunny's, (fertality, spring, new life)) and use the lunar cycle to calculate the day. seems kinda wierd to me.

happy easter everyone, i'm going riding!
