2016 Cats look good I would change the keys and add a full SLP pipe set, they really wake up the 800 Cat motors. Some clutching work would be helpful too.

3" 162, turbo and narrow 16 front end. Wouldn't want too much to bring the value up don't want to get hit with taxes. But I am all in!

I like t your idea of getting some ideas from fellow riders.
I like the the 16 come with the option to run a narrow front end. And the 2.6 it 3" track. The motor has proven to hold up and produce the power.

I like how some people are narrowing up the plastics and putting new boards on to make it so it will not panel out as easy. When will this become a standard option? Or when will someone make a kit to do it?

Great job on the build it looks great and should run like a beast. Someone will be very happy! I hope its me.

That Cat turned out amazing. Being a Polaris guy I have been envious of the Cat power plant since Polaris can't figure out how to make a reliable 800 motor. Now days every manufacture makes a good sled it just depends on your riding style. The Pro problems makes me lean towards Arctic cat more and more every year, and after this build it get my head thinking.
