Snowblowers for WY windblown

Are there any snowblowers on the market that can get through the 1-2ft of wind layered cement snow that forms on the Wyoming plains when it blows after snow storms?

A plow and truck is not an option for me. Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with snowblowers in the wind blown WY snow. Was thinking snowblowers would just ride on top of the snow with how hard it can get sometimes...

Would be nice to have something other than man power for our cabin on Elk Mountain

I have a really nice one sitting in the garage, it sat all last winter, it would just crawl up on top of the hard stuff. I now use a skidloader
